Terms
The conditions of entry for every Drawly prize competition.
Draft. These terms describe how Drawly operates today, but they have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and no company details are published. They are not a substitute for a final, executed set of conditions of entry.
Acceptance
By creating an account, buying a ticket, or entering through the free entry route, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and cookie policy. If you do not agree, do not enter.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to registered account holders before they take effect. The terms that apply to any given competition are those published at the time you entered it.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enter any competition. Entries from anyone under 18 are void and will be refunded and removed from the draw.
You must hold a Drawly account before entering. There is no guest checkout, and each person may hold only one account. Entries made through multiple accounts controlled by the same person are void.
Creators, and anyone connected to a creator or to Drawly, may not enter that creator’s own competitions.
Individual competitions may carry additional restrictions — for example travel, location, or scheduling requirements. Those are shown on the competition page before you enter.
Free entry route
Every Drawly competition has a free entry route. It is offered on the competition page itself, requires no payment, and places you in the same draw, on the same terms, with the same chance of winning as a paid ticket. One free entry per person per competition.
A Drawly account is required to use the free entry route, so that we can verify one entry per person and contact the winner. No payment details are requested.
This is what makes Drawly a prize competition with a free entry route rather than a lottery. We will never make the free route harder to find, slower, or worse than paying.
Entries, draws, and prizes
Each competition has a published closing date and a maximum number of tickets. Each entrant may hold at most 3% of the total tickets (or ten tickets, whichever is greater).
The draw is performed automatically after the closing date using a cryptographically secure random number generator. No person at Drawly, and no creator, can predict, influence, or re-run a draw to change its result.
If a competition does not reach its minimum number of paid tickets by the closing date, it is cancelled and every paid ticket is refunded in full, automatically, to the original payment method.
Prizes are experiences with a named creator. They are personal to the winner, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or resold. If a winner does not respond within the published response window, their prize is redrawn.
Once a draw has run, tickets for that competition are non-refundable.
Conduct and safety
All contact between a winner and a creator is brokered through Drawly. Neither party is given the other’s email address or contact details by us, and we ask that you keep coordination inside the conversation we open for you.
A creator reviews each winner before their conversation opens, and may raise a concern. A winner may equally report a concern about a creator or about how an experience is being coordinated. In either case we pause the conversation and mediate.
Nobody is ever required to proceed with an experience they are not comfortable with. We may void an entry, cancel an experience, or close an account for abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, or unlawful behaviour.
Liability
Experiences are delivered by the creator, in person or online. Drawly arranges and coordinates them, but we do not control every circumstance of their delivery. Where an experience cannot go ahead for reasons outside anyone’s control, we will work with both parties to reschedule.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any competition is limited to the amount you paid to enter it.
